Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: Negotiable; typically 30% of collections
- Earning Potential: $300,000–$450,000+ annually, with production potential of $1M–$1.5M
- Partnership Opportunity: Available for qualified candidates
- Mentorship: One-on-one training directly with Dr. Thrasher, including exposure to:
- Sedation protocols and certification guidance
- Laser LANAP gum therapy
- Implant placement and All-on-X cases
- Full-mouth rehabilitation and advanced cosmetic workflows
The Opportunity
This position offers an experienced clinician the chance to grow into a partnership role as Dr. Thrasher transitions toward part-time practice.
You’ll have autonomy in a modern, fully digital, and high-tech environment while helping expand service offerings such as dentures, extractions, orthodontics, sleep apnea treatment, and more.
- Schedule: Primarily Thursday, Friday, and 1 Saturday morning per month (as senior doctor reduces clinical days)
- Technology: Laser LANAP, implant systems, digital imaging, and advanced restorative equipment
- Environment: Supportive, professional, and growth-oriented
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated dentist who embodies excellence and ambition:
- Experience: 3–5+ years in private practice
- Certification: Level 2 sedation or higher (IV sedation a plus)
- Skillset: Proven experience in implant placement and comprehensive restorative care
- Versatility: Willing to expand into dentures, extractions, ortho, pedo, and sleep apnea services
- Mindset: Coachable, growth-oriented, and collaborative — ready to contribute to practice expansion
- Leadership: Capable of managing the practice independently when the senior doctor is out
